Dr. Ezgi (Tan) Bertay, Clinical Psychologist / Assistant Professor

 

Dr. Ezgi Tan is a clinical psychologist and academic with a psychoanalytic orientation, dedicated to helping individuals understand and navigate their inner worlds. She founded Odette Psychology in 2021 to create a space where people could receive compassionate, in-depth psychological support tailored to their unique needs. Her work spans a wide range of areas including body image, chronic and psychosomatic conditions, autoimmune disorders, postpartum and maternal mental health, relational challenges, and career transitions.

 

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr. Tan teaches and conducts research as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Ticaret University. She continues her psychoanalytic training with the Istanbul Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Association (IYPPD) and offers psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and families seeking meaningful personal growth and emotional insight.
